Wednesdays Words for Success: Welcome Back Jay Ratliff

After missing four regular season games with a high ankle sprain, Rob Ryan and the Dallas Cowboys defense welcomes back Pro-Bowl nose tackle, Jay Ratliff. Although undersized, Ratliff has built a reputation on being quick and disruptive at the line of scrimmage, and will certainly helping against the physical run game of the Baltimore Ravens.

Let’s get to our Words for Success.

Tony Romo: Please take care of the ball.  We know that many of the turnovers this season are not directly your fault, but be a leader and make up for the slack that your recievers and offensive line aren’t taking.  The QB match-up this week for you is Joe Flacco, whom many are stating should be in the “elite” circles. I think that this is disgusting as Flacco is a glorified game manager.  Show him up, and shred that Baltimore defense, please.

DeMarcus Ware:  Oher is going to have a helluva time blocking you.  They selected him in the first round to protect Flacco’s blind side, but his struggles have been noted.  a 5-3 defensive end (that should have been drafted by the Dallas Cowboys) is beating you by 3.5 sacks.  Lets get things going. You have no excuses left as to why you can’t be sacking left and right with the improved coverage behind you.

Dez Bryant: Your 2nd career game was just sickening.  And I don’t mean “sick” in a good way.  You left a lot of plays on the field and cost your team a pick-6.  Get your head in the game, or you will find that Jerry Jones won’t be extending your contract any time soon.  You are freakishly athletic but I wonder who is smarter between you and a box of rocks. Prove me wrong.
