    Both are great. It’s hard for me to pick between Roger and Troy. Maybe Romo will be when all is said and done.

    These are two good QB, But I chose Rodger Starbach. Rodger was a tremendous leader for this team, He took the boys to 4 SB, with differnt team and personnel. Rodger didnt have the Hall of fame RB or WR in his early years, and even in his later years. Tony Dorsett finaly came in 1978. So Rodger had less to work with on the Offensive side of the ball. With the 1990 came the relax rules whuich help pad the receiving yards to many of these WR, so yeah Aikman may have most of the records now, but Rodger had more of the leadership quality you would want in a player. I guess his military background may of had something to do with that.
