E3 2012: Michael Irvin And Madden 13

The Dallas Cowboy’s ultimate playmaker made a big splash at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) on Monday. Michael Irvin was Electronic Arts special guest as it unveiled new details about it’s monster video game title, Madden 13. The E3 Expo is a conference that’s being held at the Los Angeles Convention Center this week in which many of the major video game developers and companies reveal information about their upcoming games and hardware.

Irvin introduced a new “connected” career mode in the game that combines it’s existing career mode and it’s franchise mode along with online play. The innovation is said to bring the player closer than ever to living the dream of being an NFL player. Although Irvin had some great insights into what it takes to become a star, it was the’ Hall of Fame wide receiver’s reaction to the virtual Twitter feed that had the audience laughing.

“Don’t ask me to imagine that. I got in enough trouble with news at 11. There is no way I could survive Twitter every second. Don’t ask that.”

Madden 13 will be available on August 28th, 2012.
