I wonder if he could still play better than some of the current OL.

Who will play where on the OL?

Unless I missed it, I don’t think that they have announced who is starting at LG. Will it be Dockery (who is apparently fully healthy this week) or Holland? There was some talk early in the week that Kyle Kosier (RG) could slide over to Center so that Phil Costa could play LG (he has considerable experience playing G). I am assuming that would still leave Holland and/or Dockery to play RG.

Holland looked good against the Rams, but he had a poor outing against the Eagles. I would be surprised if Dockery doesn’t get the start, but I will be watching to see how he plays and whether he gets yanked if he plays poorly.

I will be watching to see if I can discern whether the OL woes are caused by one or two players, or whether it is a group effort.

I will also be watching to see if they try to run more often to the right side, behind Kosier and Smith and away from Red Bryant, rather than the left side, behind Free and whoever plays LG.

I will be watching to see how Doug Free performs against Red Bryant. Bryant looked pretty good against the Bengals, while Free hasn’t exactly wowed anyone with his play yet this year.
