Jason Hatcher will return to the Cowboys

According to Josh Ellis of DC.com, the Cowboys are on the verge of re-signing Jason Hatcher. Like the Cowboys other moves this off-season this isn’t earth shattering, but, nevertheless, Hatcher brings adds some desperately needed depth to the Cowboys’ line.

Since joining the Cowboys in 2006, Hatcher has only missed five total games. His best season was 2007 when he had twenty-seven tackles and two sacks.

Previously, Hatcher had been tied to the Broncos and was rumored to have initially turned down the Cowboys. It will be interesting to see if Hatcher changed his mind because the Cowboys gave him more money or if was forced to accept because of a lack of alternatives.
