Bryan McCann Responds To Arrest

Cowboys cornerback Bryan McCann was charged with public intoxication earlier today, following his arrest. McCann was released at approximately 11 am, and he has since released a statement claiming that he was not drunk. “I was not intoxicated and did not pose a danger to myself or others,” McCann said in a statement released through his agent John Biggins. “I am very grateful that, due to the Constitution and Americans’ strong and enduring belief in due process, I am presumed innocent of this public intoxication charge because I am innocent. “My good name and reputation mean everything to me,” McCann [...]

Cowboys Cornerback Bryan McCann Arrested

Dallas Cowboys cornerback Bryan McCann was arrested on Saturday morning by Dallas police for public intoxication.  He was reportedly taken to a Dallas detox center around 3 in the morning and was released 8 hours later. McCann was not available for comment after his release and his agent nor the Cowboys have made a public statement regarding the incident. Von Miller Scheduled To Meet With Cowboys

Von Miller is scheduled to meet with the Dallas Cowboys at Valley Ranch on April 15th.  Miller an outside linebacker from Texas A&M is projected to go in the top 5, however the Cowboys are still going to take a look at him even though they hold the number 9 pick in the draft. Miller will visit Valley Ranch on Dallas Day, Dez Bryant attended Dallas Day last year. Ware could lose offseason bonuses.

   It has been said that NFL players will not lose any money until they start missing games due to the lock out. However many NFL players including Dallas Cowboys defensive star DeMarcus Ware may not get their off season bonuses. Warewas set to get 500,000 dollars if he participated in 90 percent of off season workouts. Did Jerry Jones Actions Lead To NFLPA Decertification?

As more details come out from the meetings between NFL owners and the NFL Players Association, it appears that some intimidation and scare tactics employed by owners may have led to the union decertification. One particular incident involves Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. Cowboys Eyeing TCU Signal-Caller Andy Dalton?

The Cowboys were one of 26 teams that attended TCU’s pro day on Friday and came away impressed. The Cowboys had commented during the season that they were a fan of quarterback Andy Dalton. Dalton was said to be very impressive during the pro day and is projected to go somewhere between the 2nd and 4th round. With the NFL Draft a little over a month away and all the labor talks now over,  the question has become who should the Cowboys take at the number 9 spot? Tashard Choice Is Proud Of NFLPA’s Decertification

The NFLPA no longer is serving as the player’s union. It applied for decertification at 5:02 pm ET — or 4 pm ET, depending on who’s time you’re following. The move comes after DeMaurice Smith said “significant differences continue to remain.” Jason Witten, DeMarcus Ware and Bradie James are the three Cowboys union representatives, but none of the players have spoken out about the current developments.
