Cowboys Are One Of Top 5 Super Bowl XLVI Favorites

AUTHOR: | IN: Cowboys | COMMENTS: 1 Comment

WHAT?! Yes, you read that right. The Dallas Cowboys who put up a stinker of a season and a losing record are one of the top five favorites to win Super Bowl XLVI. Ridiculous. In fact, the Cowboys are the third favorite at odds of 8-1. The Cowboys heads  were bigger than they should have been going into this season when they were Super Bowl favorites, so we just have to hope this will not be the same old song. Players entered the year with a sense of entitlement, now head coach Jason Garrett will have to keep the team [...]

Christina Aguilera Messes Up National Anthem At The Super Bowl

AUTHOR: | IN: Cowboys | COMMENTS: 1 Comment

Christina Aguilera looked and sounded awful while singing the National Anthem at Cowboys Stadium before the Super Bowl. Aguilera committed one of the biggest crimes in National Anthem history by completely butchering the lyrics. How do you not know the lyrics to the National Anthem?! Aguilera has a good voice — at times — but apparently is not the best at reading or remembering lyrics. Perhaps the best assessment I heard of Aguilera’s singing job: She does a better job at looking like a tranny than singing our anthem. Enjoy the massacre:

AUTHOR: | IN: Cowboys | COMMENTS: 1 Comment

Troy Aikman did a lot for the Cowboys during his time with the team. He quarterbacked the Cowboys to three Super Bowl Championships and was a member of “The Triplets” along with fellow Hall of Famers Emmitt Smith and Michael Irvin. All three players are members of the Cowboys Ring Of Honor, and Aikman would like their coach to be a part of the group, too. “If I’m in it, if Michael Irvin is in it, if Emmitt Smith is in it, Jimmy should be there,” he said. “You can’t tell my story or the others’ stories without Jimmy.” Only [...]

AUTHOR: | IN: Cowboys | COMMENTS: 1 Comment

Starting quarterback Tony Romo saw his season come to a screeching hault when he suffered a broken clavicle against the New York Giants just six games into the 2010-11 regular season. Romo attempted to come back from the injury, but was eventually placed on season-ending injured reserve when it was clear the Cowboys no longer had a shot at the playoffs. It was the first time that Romo has missed significant time in his career due to injury, and the quarterback cannot wait to return to action. “I feel ready to play and start a new season,” said Romo. “It’s [...]
