Should The Cowboys Trade Dez Bryant?

While on ESPN.com, I saw Calvin Watkins ESPNDallas.com article about trading Dez Bryant. I thought when I read the headline that the writer had to be crazy for even bringing it up, however upon reading the article it is not as out there as it sounds.Questions fromformer Cowboys wide receiver Patrick Crayton about Dez Bryant may have shined some light on some issues with Bryant including the fact that he was late to meetings, didn’t know the play book and had a few rants on the sideline.

The question of trading Bryant was brought up by asking if the Cowboys could get another 1st round pick in this year draft would the Cowboys considered it?  When someone in the Cowboys front office was asked about it they responded that they would think about it.  Without Bryant last season the Boys won 11 games and with him they lost 10. So the question is were the Cowboys better without him? I believe they weren’t but the question has to be asked.

If the Cowboys had a chance to get another 1st round pick should they consider this? I myself think that this is a stupid question because the answer should be a big NO! Bryant is a play making machine, and to quote Ray Sherman, a freak talent. He is the kind of Receiver that teams kill to have and build their receiving core around. If I am the Cowboys and Jason Garrett I want no part in losing the potential future Michael Irvin.

What do you think fans? Should this even be considered? Sound Off!!
