Despite Down Year, Cowboys Still ‘America’s Team!’

The Cowboys finished there season 6-10 and out of the playoffs, however according to buisnessinsider.com the Cowboys still had the highest attendance of anyone in the league. This season attendance in the NFL was down 0.8% from last season however the Cowboys averaged 1.28 million fans (home+away) that is 84,217 more than the Redskins who are 2nd in attendance and 366,778 more than the last place Rams.

On the road the Cowboys were also high draw’s averaging 72,699 fans they were also the only team to draw over 100% capacity in road attendance at 100.9% . This proves that Cowboy fans no matter how bad our team is travel well and support them.

In a season that was bad and seemed at times  to be never ending the Cowboy’s were the winners in something. Nice job Cowboys fans for suporting your team both home and away. This proves that no matter what is said that the Cowboy’s are still America’s Team. Hoping that next season the Boys will put a team on the field that fans can truly be proud of and enjoy watching.
