We are all aware of Peyton Manning’s recent troubles — 7 interceptions in the last 2 games — but don’t forget there is a reason he is a future Hall of Famer.
The inconsistent Cowboys secondary will be tested this week by a veteran quarterback who has had yet another week to gel with his young receiving corp. Peyton is known for his intense practices and pregame routines — he used to run through every passing route before a game with the likes of Marvin Harrison. Now Reggie Wayne is the veteran WR with a young crop of receivers, which mistakenly could look promising for the Cowboys’ secondary.
However, given that the Indianapolis wide receivers had another week with an experienced and disappointed Peyton Manning, the Cowboys could face a determined and focused offense that looks nothing like the past few games.
How will the Cowboys secondary fair against Manning and the Colts? Sound off!
