Manny Pacquiao Is The New King Of Cowboys Stadium

Manny Pacquiao destroyed Antonio Margarito last night at Cowboys Stadium. “Pacman” earned a world title in his eighth weight class — the first fighter to do so — and he extended his win streak thirteen. It was his second straight victory in Cowboys Stadium.

That news brings us to this lovely statistic: Manny Pacquiao holds more wins in Cowboys Stadium this year than the Dallas Cowboys.

Dallas’ only win in the regular season was a road victory against Houston. They did, however, beat the Oakland Raiders in Cowboys Stadium during the preseason. Pacquiao: 2, Cowboys: 1.

New head coach Jason Garrett has a rough task ahead of him today with the rival New York football Giants. Dallas needs a lot of work if they’re going to earn the victory and get back to their winning ways.

So for the rest of 2010, the Dallas Cowboys are not just playing for pride, they are playing to win their stadium back from pound-for-pound boxing king, Manny Pacquiao.
