Lindy's Magazine Predicts Cowboys-Ravens Super Bowl

If you put any stock into pre-season rankings and Super Bowl predictions, then all of the readers hear at The Landry Hat should be satisfied with the prediction made in the 2010 NFL Preview for Lindy’s Magazine.

Lindy’s predicts that the Cowboys will be the first team to play in the Super Bowl in it’s home season. However, let the joy stop there. According the the magazine, Dallas will drop the final game of the season to the Baltimore Ravens resulting in another disappointing outcome for the faithful fan base.

The magazine reads, “With big-time support from the two-headed backfield of Marion Barber and Felix Jones, tight end Jason Witten, receiver Miles Austin, nose tackle Jay Ratliff, and linebacker DeMarcus Ware, [Wade] Phillips and quarterback Tony Romo are primed to take the next step.”

Lindy’s also ranked players by position, and multiple Cowboys ranked near the top of their respective categories. Here are some notables:

Roy Williams, seventh, No. 2 receiver
Jason Witten, first, tight end
Felix Jones, eighth, all-purpose running back
