Good post MBIII..

JJ predicted we would see trades this season..How bout one of our backs for McNeal?..Say Choice or Barber..Bruce Campbell is a possibility..but he might be gone before we pick..Plus the Boys seem intent on getting Doug Free some PT..

Safety..Thomas will be gone..His stock shot up at the Combine..and Houston might pull a trade up to keep the Cowboys from trading up..The seem to be hot on him..Rolle would be a good pickup..

Slot Receiver..I am thinking Longhorns again..Jordan Shipley is not that fast but he is quick like Welker..Plus they have Ogletree on the roster..I would like to see his role increased..

ILB..I see the Cowboys not doing much here..There are more pressing needs..Plus they want to see the guys from last years draft that got hurt early and didn't play..

The draft board is coming into focus. Last year I had all but 2 or 3 of my 2nd round prospects taken before the Cowboys got to pick.

I didn't like how the 3rd round was now a 2nd day round. The lists about best available remaining weren't very obscure, and it was mostly notable players who slipped out of the 1st 2 rounds. So I am in favor of the 4th through 7th rounds being it's own seperate day.

I'm looking forward to the draft as well, though I can't stand Kiper. It's even more annoying that the ESPN radio and TV only revolve around the top QB's and players. Let him talk about some gems in who are slated to be 3rd day players. That's where the jewels are.

That's a good lookin' draft board, Joe D. I can't wait until the draft starts. That's one of the most underrated sporting events ever. I'd like to have a poker tournament during the draft but I don't like how the NFL split it up this year. The first round is going to be on a Thursday night, rounds 2-3 will be Friday and the rest will happen on Saturday. Dammit, NFL. I can't lie, though. I'm looking forward to the yearly return of Mel Kiper. The man is a freak because he can riff about so many players off the cuff.

O-line will be our top priority in both free agency and the draft, Staubach. Close second should be safety. I don't think Adams or Hamlin will be back.
