Cowboys Finally Peak At Right Time; DeSean Jackson Gets Pissed Off On Twitter

I honestly do not know what to make of this Dallas Cowboys team.  I cannot recall a season in my three decades of watching this team that had so many ups and downs. It has truly been a roller coaster of a ride.

I still haven’t figured out how the Cowboys were able to knock down the high-flying Philly Eagles with such domination. It seemed like the Cowboys of today completely reversed the role of the Cowboys of 2008-09.

Saturday at 8 p.m. we do it all over again.

It must have been a real shitty ride home for the Eagles. DeSean Jackson, who had just three catches, posted his anger on his Twitter account last night.

Got smashed by them cowboys 2daaaaaay sheeeeesh its all good we gonna sting they a$s next week lil buddy.”

How could he be so right, and yet so wrong in a single sentence?

We traded a starting corner back for that piece of mind. Kitna shouldn't be the starter by any stretch of the imagination. However, we are more set at backup qb than just about anybody in the league.

Yes huge at-a-boy to Doug Free. Good to see a lineman have success thru the draft around here. It has been a while for that and a wr.

Along with all the success the cowboys have had this season I believe one of the most important things to happen this season is the lack of season ending injuries to key players. We are healthy overall. Romo has made every snap this season ( this is not good in my opinion). Mgmt. should have worked the 2nd qb into the season at some point. Hope it doesn't bite us...GO COWBOYS!

lol, at Doug Free, I was like "how the hell did that guy get there?"

How has this season not been up and down? We look strong against Tampa Bay then Tony throws 3 picks against New York. We look good against Carolina, then blow the Denver game. Kansas City takes us to overtime but we win and start a four-game win streak. Then we lose to Green Bay, looking terrible in the process then put up a whopping seven points against the Skins in an ugly, ugly win. We beat Oakland, then lose to the Giants again and lose to San Diego at home. We hand New Orleans their first loss, spank the Skins on the road and shut out Philly for the NFC East crown. What else could've happened?

PS: Did anyone else see Doug Free's huge block on Felix's touchdown run? He ran the length of the field and made a huge block. That's how a guy earns and keeps a starting spot.

Well since Roy is not being benched it's time for him to show up. It is difficult to beat a team 3 times and it would be great to show them something new. Do you really think Philly is planing on Roy having a good game. It's time for him to come through for this team we need this kind of game from him. If he were to pull this off the trade might have been worth it then. I am excited for Saturday LETS GO COWBOYS.

Well like a lot of fans, I pretty much gave up on the Cowboys after the SD loss. I don't know what provided the spark, but I suspect Dungy saying they had no chance against the Saints had a lot to do with it. I'm fairly confident they beat the Eagles again this weekend. For all the "we held back" talk from some of their players and fans. What did you hold back? Dallas took advantage of what the rest of the league has known for awhile. They can't stop the draw and if you stop the run they'll abandon it. The Eagles are a "smoke and mirrors" team that has to have big plays to win and this Cowboys team just doesn't give up big plays. No reason to think any of those things will change in 6 days.

well we all dont kno wut to expecty from the cowboys .. but lets hope miles austin and tony romo hook up for another 250 yhrd pass and catch type game w/ a lil diversity from pat crayton, roy williams and, jason witten .. Not to mention the three heaDED monster dynamic rushing attack that they proved to have all season..

Well when everyone starts with false assumptions..Cowboys will lose every game in December..it is easy to be wrong..It seems a lot of folks missed a good season by expecting a hammer to fall..Uh..It never did...

I don't know what will happen..but I do know one thing..Using results from past seasons as some kind of tool to predict this season is crazy..

Lol well said sir, well said.

But all of the ups and downs were, mostly, all of the knee jerking on your fault.

You weren't the only one but there were those with a level head, and those who pushed the red alert button when things looked even the least bit wrong.

I can't completely blame you, even I'm a little guilty and I like to think I have a pretty level head, but this is a new team. It's been a new team the whole year.
