According to a tweet from a Washington Redskins beat writer, new Dallas Cowboys kicker Shaun Suisham told coach Wade Phillips about the Redskins’ swinging gate fake field goal play Monday night against the New York Giants.

If this is true, this is big news.
Is Suisham out for revenge on his former team? Definitely. Suisham didn’t know that the ‘Skins would run the play on Monday night. He was alerting Phillips of the play in case they ran it this Sunday night when the Cowboys visit the Redskins.
Is this dirty pool? Yes. I think it’s poor form on Suisham’s behalf, but can you blame him? He missed only three field goals this year and he got cut. Suisham wanted to hurt the Redskins’ chances of winning at any cost. It’s nice to see that our kicker is willing to throw his old team completely under the bus. I wonder if Suisham told Phillips about any other Redskins trick plays.

What does it matter? The Redskins would be destroyed, regardless of who knows about their playbook. They are a team in complete dissarray right now. As evidenced against the New York Giants on Monday night, Redskins players have stopped playing this season.
At the very least, Suisham will be helpful against Washington. It always helps to know your opponents’ plays. However, I don’t think that the Cowboys fully addressed their needs at kicker. Suisham was cut by the Redskins following a chip-shot miss against the Saints just like Folk was from the Cowboys. I just find it hard to believe that he was the best available candidate. And plus, Dallas already had him and parted ways with him. Why sign him again?

The skins don’t have a playbook history with all the new staff. Ok, maybe a fake kick thing but -rolling my eyes- what the hell is a kicker going to provide….They kick to the left most of the time! Nothing new and all players going to new teams talk about trick plays etc. from the old team. Bad sportmanship? NO….
Word the Skins are still a decent team just a joke of a franchise with Snyder messing crap up. They have played good teams and get close to winning then screw up at the end.

Hellishere, it’s definitely bad form. He didn’t get debriefed. The text suggests that Suisham offered it up without being asked. The Cowboys organization shouldn’t have asked about plays and, if they did, Suisham shouldn’t have told them. It’s just cheap. These trick plays can be the difference.
You’re a retard, Romo9. There are probably a few trick plays for special teams that Suisham was in on. About 95 percent of the playbook is on film already. The funny stuff, which the Redskins have done this year on special teams, is the only stuff we don’t know about. Remember that the Redskins scored a touchdown this year on a trick play on special teams? Add a touchdown to the Redskins’ final score from our game earlier this year and we’re down another game and we probably miss the playoffs. I’m sorry you aren’t bright enough to put stuff like that together. Keep trying and maybe you’ll get it someday.
Who cares good for Suisam I would have done the same thing its just to bad (if) thats all he gave us. I hope he gave away their whole game plan. First I doubt they will try another special teams one since the last one was blown badly. Also before you go talking crap read the damn post. I did not say once that they would try a trick play on special teams. I said that I would not doubt they would try something new on us. If you watch football you would understand even if it is one trick play on special teams you would know that could be enough to win the game.
