Dallas Cowboys Shock Saints 24-17; Nick Folk Released?

i guess i like folk gone... he's still got a hell of a leg. RW must go!!!!! for that money we could have often a couple players. maybe one that can catch a ball across the middle. WAR COWBOYS!!!!! still a GREAT WIN though.

I just fell out of my chair reading an article about the Cowboys maybe keeping 3 kickers on the team....I can just see the Tuna walking over to the bench about half time seeing the kickers on the bench comparing their kicking shoes. priceless thought imo....Maybe one for the 30 and in, 40s and 50+ yards.

Yeah I am for the IR option too. It finally looks like Romo is turning into a elite quarterback. As for Roy he is looking terrible I do not care if Austin dropped a ball he makes it up anyways. Roy is suppose to be a big reciever thats makes the hard catches. He can't even make simple catches that are hitting him in the hands. We just need to move on and hope we atleast get a second receiver out of him because Austin is the number 1 reciever. Jason Garrett had a GREAT game it was balanced all the way and your an idiot to blame him for thinking he let them back in the game. He trusted Romo to score one more time and making it impossible for the Saints to come back. Yeah we could have run the ball, but that is what they were waiting for so I doubt they would get a whole lot out of it. Also did you not watch the Skins game when they tried to play it safe it gave New Orleans a chance to come back and win. It was the right choice because the Saints are to explosive and you need to keep scoring to keep them from coming back. It worked to perfection besides the missed field goal. I believe Jason Garrett deserves an A for his play calling he came out aggressive and won on offense. Wade had to bring a team with an A game and he did it. Man if they could coach like this more often I would not mind them staying in Dallas.

Yeah I like the IR option just because you hate to think he's done after 2 of what were likely the best years the Cowboys have ever seen from a kicker.

Jason Elam, who was struggling, is the only one out there that I can think of. Matt Stover or Adam Vinateri may be available for next year, you have to think one of them will be.

The beautiful thing is that we don't have to release Folk outright. We can put him on injured reserve because of his hip surgery in the offseason. We can go out and get a veteran free agent kicker and give Folk time to work on  his game.

I hate the fact that were saying Nick Folk should be released. He as been almost Automatic until this season but he has got to go.

Great win My boy Romo shut everybody up last night he has been nothing short of brilliant I knew he would come through. KD you can call me names I dont care I still think it is JGs fault they let them back in the game I will never like that guy I have been saying it all year. If we would have ran the ball at the end of the third they never would have got back in it. oh and go back and watch the game Roy had two crucial drops. One on a slant in the second qtr on a third and six and the big one that made us punt in the fourth. Jason Witten and Miles Austin have been nothing short of great this year so they can afford a drop here and there. Roy has cost us two games with his drops the GB game and the Giants game. So KD you are a real man sitting behind your computer calling people names I have heard you angry at players before.

Hell of a game we dominated 3/4 of the game, But Nick Folk must be released asap.
