Jerry Jones Denies Interest In Pacman Jones
Jerry Jones is now denying that the Dallas Cowboys have any interested in troubled cornerback and punt returner Adam “Pacman” Jones.
I guess that means most fans can breathe a sigh of relief because Pacman’s good days in the NFL as a viable return man and cornerback are pretty much over. He damaged the team in games last season rather than help and his incident at a Texas hotel where he fought with his own bodyguard was just over the top stupid.
If Jerry was serious, along with the coaching staff, that they wanted to clean up the locker room, then Pacman cannot return to the team. The Cowboys got rid of Terrell Owens and let Greg Ellis go free, two guys who often had a lot to say either during the season or the offseason that did not lead the team to much success.
Not to mention the small coaching changes made during the offseason.
The Dallas Cowboys of 2009 are going to be a team built around chemistry, and not so much monster talent. Hopefully, this experiment works. We’ve seen it done before.

Hey Landryhat have you been keeping up with Michael Irvins 4 and long show. Just curious what your thoughts are on the players. I really like the show and I like the WR Holly he has some skills and last night he showed some strength when he ran over that DB. By the way am I the only one who thinks Michael Irvin should coach atleast the Offense of Corrdinator position. He really gets in these guys heads and loves this team.
June 16th, 2009 at 9:20 amHave you taken notes from the great coaches of football?
Charisma don’t mean jack.
He is a hell of a cheerleader though. He could prolly be a receivers coach or something.
Hawkins will win man, I’ve said it since day one.
June 16th, 2009 at 2:27 pmWell Wades rubbing Romo tummy after every bad play dont help neither. I am sure that Irvin could probaly handle a coaching position since he lives football 24/7 and knows a thing or two about how to win championships. As for Hawkins ill have to look more into it I watched the 1st and 2nd episodes and just watched this Mondays. As for what I have seen Holly is doing a good job so far and made a hell of a hit on that DB.
June 16th, 2009 at 7:53 pm4.59 40-yard dash in pads without spikes after doing drills and running over a thousand yards…
That’s fast.
June 17th, 2009 at 1:15 amYeah I hear what you are saying but these drills are going to come down to more than speed. Overall the show is coming along great I am actually looking forward to watching it. The drills are almost impossible sometimes Irvin is doing a good job of making drills that really bring out the best. Didnt someone say they are thinking of letting him do this every year.
