The Landry Hat Has Interest In Naming Rights to New Cowboys Stadium

That’ right folks, The Landry Hat may have a chance at the naming rights of the Dallas Cowboys new stadium set to open for the highly anticipated 2009 season. No one else is interested in buying the rights to this $1.1 billion masterpiece of a football home.

The recession is likely playing a big role in the fact that Jerry Jones is out of luck right now, but that might open the door for The Landry Hat to sweep in and take the naming rights away from, say, Bank of America.

I bid $1000.

Jerry will want more as this is a stadium receiving interest for world events, such as the World Cup. That is, unfortunately, why some corporate international giant may get it instead of it being named "Landry Field"

Bad post, interest huh, well good luck with your attempt.

i have a serious question though... in reality how much will it cost to get the naming rights for texas stadium? i know some stadiums have gone for only like 50 million or 100 million, im assuming jerry wants/needs much more since this stadium is kick ass and cost way more than most. but in all seriousness does anyone know roughly what kind of price its going to take to claim those rights?

hahha funny danzinski, he's just wants a shot at naming our stadium cause he won't get a shot at his new viking stadium, cause they're going to playing in L.A. in 2010

honestly... JJ would never name the stadium after his biggest mistake... FIRING the one with the HAT!!!

IT should be called

D-Ware stadium.

A person I work with said her dad is the accountant for the Cowboys and she knows he will turn down my offer. Whatever. I am still going to make it. We are in a recession!

I would of course name it The Landry Hat Stadium

Perfect

what are you planning to name it? and bidding should be open to cowboys fans only

What a disgusting human you are. Seriously, these trolls make me sick

I bid $3000 and I want it called Asslick Stadium.

Yes and I bid $1001.00 lol.
