The Dallas Cowboys announced today that Terence Newman and Patrick Crayton both had arthroscopic surgery to remove bone elements from their ankles.

Newman battled injuries all season, none that had to do with his ankle though.

Crayton’s injury comes as a surprise as there was no indication during the season that he was having ankle problems.
