Jason Garrett Snubs Detroit Lions?

The brass in the Dallas Cowboys organization talked offensive coordinator Jason Garrett out of contention for the head coaching job of the Detroit Lions.

The National Football Post is reporting that sources told them that Garrett showed no interest in the job after meeting with Dallas officials.

Head coach of the Detroit Lions is a job no one really wants, but one many Cowboys fans wish Garrett would take.

Next up for Garrett are the Denver Broncos, who asked the Cowboys for permission to interview him but the Cowboys have not responded to the request.
