Nice comparison. Statistically the teams are close. I give the edge to the Steelers based on the defensive points scored against them. I also think the Steelers are coming together as a team.

Although Marion Barber is a good back it is unknown how his toe will affect him and Ware’s sprained knee might slow him down. Being that Pittsburg is a running team the cowboy offense will be on the sidelines often as in my opinion the time of possesion will be in the Steeler’s favor.

i agree with everything you say but i dont think the steelers have faced a team like the cowboys..a high scoring team. running the ball is fine but if you are playing from behind running is out of the question and thats whats going to happent the cowboys are going to try and score points right away and then pound the ball with barber inside and choice on the outside..i also think they will unleash Roy Williams and they cant double T.O and R.W and even if they find a way, witten will kill them one on one. GO COWBOYS!!!

Good post. I think this will be the game that decides the season for Dallas. They may have won against the Niners and the Seahawks, but those were teams that really don’t win much, do they ?
Now they have the Steelers, Giants, Ravens and Eagles.
If they win against Pittsburgh, that should give them the confidence they need to finish out looking pretty good.
And yes I agree with you.
The Cowboys play so much better on both sides of the ball, when Romo is healthy, active, and playing.

If Barber plays Cowboys 24 Steelers 20. If he doesnt play then im not sure if we have chance.

number 9    it’s not like the Steelers can be beaten on the ground anyway..This game will be on Tony..This same D held the Giants in check..but this team can be had..G Men..Indy beat em there..Ravens lost in OT..
Ugly game but the Boys should win..

flashpack..thanks..I agree this game is critical..because this game is a must win..If we can’t beat the Steelers..the Giants are out of reach..

ERIC..I am also in agreement and the stats back you up..The Steelers have lost to the good offensive teams..so far this season..They have made their ratings against weaker teams..Kinda like the Boys have enjoyed the last couple of weeks..My big concern is the weather..not the cold..not snow..the wind..Wind advisories for Sunday..up to 30 mph..yikes

PaRoadie..well my old Philly buddy..I would expect as much..but your concern is the GMen..and the Eagles will play like maniacs..It could get ugly..If Philly wins..and Boys win..easily could happen..The Giants will feel some pressure..for the first time this season..

Cowboys are best man by man, i do agree with you also, stats prove dallas have a good chance to beat steelers, if Barber doesn’t play we beat them by a point, if he plays we beat them by 4 points, prediction: Dallas 24-steelers 21
