Roy Williams Knows How To Lose

Roy Williams came to the Dallas Cowboys under the belief he’d finally play for a winning team. And then the Cowboy get blown out by the helpless St. Louis Rams. Not a good start for the new wide reciever. But apparently, he is ok.

In a story here  Williams says he never thought he’d lose a game like that with the Cowboys. But, hey, he is still happy!

But the article takes a really weird turn. More weird than my vlogs.

Williams will work at Pizza Hut in Frisco (access road off Tollway in front of Pizza Hut Park) Tuesday from 4-6 p.m. Fans are welcome to attend. He will sign mini footballs for the first 400 people for a $10 donation to the hunger relief program. Fans can also stop by any Pizza Hut location to make a donation to help Williams win the challenge he’s put out to Baltimore’s Mark Clayton, Tampa Bay’s Davin Joseph and Seattle’s Chris Spencer.

WTF?

That’s really cool of him to do that.  I guess he should get used to the losing though huh?

While in Detroit, Roy was called out on a radio show for not tipping pizza delivery guys well.  He said he always had people over for pizza to watch the game on Monday nights seeing that the Lions never played then.  As a result, Roy pulled a Mark Cuban (working at Dairy Queen) and worked as a pizza delivery guy for a night and out of that came this charity work he does with the world hunger relief program.  Nice to see a guy getting into the community in the same month he gets into town.  If nothing else, it is nice to see a Cowboy in a positive light these days.
