Arizona Cardinals Present Problems For Dallas Cowboys

Whenever the Dallas Cowboys face a ticking time bomb of an offense like the Arizona Cardinals, there is reason to fret. The Cardinals, even without receiver Anquan Boldin, are still powerful. Quarterback Kurt Warner has a QB rating of 102.5 with 10 touchdowns and 4 interceptions for already nearly 1500 yards. That’s kind of scary five games into the season.

Once again, the Achilles heel of the Cowboys is the secondary, but even the defensive line is not performing lights-out football. Yes, the Cowboys defense is underachieving and has Swiss-cheese syndrome.

Adam Jones will play in the game, and Terence Newman will not. The Cowboys are going to have to play man-to-man against this offense. Larry Fitzgerald has to be bumped at the line of scrimmage, and the defensive line MUST attack Kurt Warner. That is a lot easier said than done.

The Cowboys are second in scoring and Arizona is third. Arizona is second in the NFC with 282 yards passing and the Cowboys are third with 268 yards. The Cardinals also have a five-game winning steak going for them and they are coming off a pounding of the Buffalo Bills, who were undefeated.

This game will not be a cakewalk for the talented Dallas Cowboys.

Bob Young, of the Arizona Republic, thinks he knows how to “whip the Cowboys.”

19-17 RAMS............any freakin sunday baby

go home redskinguy, you got more worries than our cowboys against the cardinals, your skins just got sniped baby 19-17

I wonder if we will line Felix up a receiver any time soon. We need to get the ball in his hands more often he brings a new look to our offense.

Your offense was sputtering against the Bengals. Kurt Warner put some serious numbers up last week.  Every week is different but recent trends would seem to favor Arizona.

But what happens when our offense starts clicking, RG? That's a two-way street you're driving down.

I'm picking the Cowboys on this one.  Just a hunch.

Maybe I just can't take the Cards seriously...

Uh...well the Redskins beat the Cards in week 3, so they definitely don't have a 5 game winning streak.

Having seen both the Cards and Cowboys in action against my beloved Redskins, I think you guys are in trouble. It all depends on which Kurt Warner shows up to play.  If he gets hot, you're all screwed.

This game is a simple equation. Kurt had TOO much time to throw against the Bills. We should play more man to man and work in many blitzing schemes. Kurt is a stone, like Drew Bledsoe was. But like Drew, with time he will eat you alive with this group.  It is worth taking the chance on being burned by big playes. rattle him in the long run and make him force turnovers

This game will bring the Cardinals and Cowboys to #1 and #2 in total offense, but it will hurt both of our Defenses.

Cowboys 42  Cardinals 34

Its gonna be another shootout just like it was against Philly. This one will come down to the running game.

You should read that column by Bob Young in the Arizona Republic.  Some of it is hilarious.  Anyways, the Cardinals offense is very good yes, but you guys should be able to throw the ball all day against our secondary as well.  I can't see TO getting any fewer than 2 TD's.  It's gonna be close, but a lot of points.  Haven't decided on a score yet, but I think the Cowboys still have the edge.

It's probably a home game winning streak. I see a shoot out coming guys.

The good news is that their defense isn't half as good as their offense.

Double up on Larry with Jones and Hamlin, Henry on Breaston and Jenkins on Jerheme Urban. I'm feelin alright about it.

The Cardinals have a five game winning streak?
