I just happen to think you guys are a little more grounded in reality when you claim your team is going to be good, and I think Ian is a little bit delusional.  Well, except for the "little bit" part.

Redskins Guy, why do you run a redskins site when you clearly are a dallas fan?  O do you just hate the eagles THAT much?

The NFL is so hard to predict because injuries play such a significant role. Certainly Dallas is in the top five "on paper". One positive, is that it looks like Dallas can endure some defensive inhuries this year and still play at a high level. Last year, secondary injuries were scary. On offense, there is depth at RB. We might see some odd sights at WR this year like Newman, Jones, and Jones playing at times.
I would not label the Cowboys chokers. They do have a little monkey to get off their back and will be a big one if they do not prevail this year. But remember how tough it was for the Colts? Maybe this team is paralleling their rise.

Eagles better than Dallas? Even after McNabb gets injured in game one? Well, the fans are better than the whole NFL's at sadistic pleasures. Instead of that dumb bird their mascot should be a figure of the Marquis de Sade ;-)

No no. Ian's absolutely right. He just accidently deleted the last two words of his post.  It was supposed to read "...at choking."

Even I can admit that it's absurd to rank the Cowboys 12th.  By now, everyone should know that they're destined to have a 12+ win season followed by a disappointing one and done playoff loss.

You'll be eating your words in week 2 Ian....

I put the Eagles ahead of Dallas, because the Eagles are better than the Cowboys.

I have respect for Dallas, but not because of Romo.  When will he be ready?  Will he ever be ready to bring it, really bring it?  Dallas defense will be good if they play the right players.  If they go to the superbowl it won't be because they are putting up big scoring numbers, it will be because of the defense. I'm sticking by the Chiefs.  They might be underdogs, but when you root for your team that is considered the underdogs in almost every game, then anything they do is more than you expected and time to celebrate!  They have a young team that will surprise many this year and oh, yes! they have the potential to upset! Love Bowe, fast confident, and underated.  Look for him to be a solid go to.  Dorsey will make a huge impact and I have to say while Coyle isn't the shit right now, he very well could be.  This team is very young which means a lot of surprises.  If people are giving the Raiders a chance why can't they at least give the Chiefs a shout out!
