Dallas Cowboys Selling Brick Pavers

Those of you like me who do not live in Dallas and don’t get to see a lot of Dallas Cowboys games can still leave a part of us at the new stadium. The Cowboys announced today they are selling brick paver stones for the “Legacy Walk” to the new stadium.

You can order your paver here by Oct. 1.

The Landry Hat desperately wants one, but they ain’t cheap. The pavers will cost $150, $300 or $375 — depending on the size.

I started to order a 4×8 paver with a three-line message of The Landry Hat, Lifelong Fan, Dan T. but I stopped because I don’t really have the money to spend on this right now. Plus, they are charging me tax and I don’t live in Texas. And they charge a $5 handling fee, which is kind of weird. This isn’t Ticketmaster.

Anyway, TheLandryHat is setting up a paver fund. We need to get TheLandryHat a paver. Send pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters and dollars to Paypal for address pinkfloyddan@hotmail.com

We could do this dollar by dollar!!

I take it Pink Floyd is your favorite band? Pink Floyd, the Dallas Cowboys and Miller Lite. All good calls. The Braves though? Come on Dan. You might as well be a Yankees fan too. OK. It's not that bad, but almost!

Yea Landry Hat. I want one too, but the price is outrageous when you think about it. It's like they want us fans now to buy the materials to build their stadium.

It is cool though, and if they would come down on the price I would definately consider it. It would have to be the big paver though because even with a map it would take forever to find one of those small ones.

I, too, have considered the second job. Oh well. I was only kidding around anyway.

My budget is tight but maybe I could throw in about ten bucks on the next paycheck. I need to pick up a second job the way this crappy economy is going :-(

I want one as well sorry Dan I can't really pitch in now. Well at least you like the greatist team and rock band of all time.

Not really. I provide a free service every day. I work hard to entertain everyone here and provide timely updates. I want a damn brick paver at the stadium!

Begging now Dan?  Seriously...

I'll donate some money, but only if I can add my own message to the end of yours. :)
