Marshall Grad Has a Dream

doug1.jpegYou probably have never heard of Doug Legursky before, but the center from Marshall University hopes we will after this weekend. Read a story about the guy here.

He still has the helmet he used when he was a kid. Scribbled on the inside of it is “Dougie Legursky, 11 years old, Lifelong dream Cowboys player.” According to the article, NFLdraftscout.com ranks Legursky No. 5 among 88 center prospects, which projects him as a fifth or sixth round pick.

The Cowboys haven’t shown a smidgen of interest in him, but other teams have. Maybe this article might pique the interest of Jerry Jones. These late picks sometimes can be gems.
