I say we take the best available CB at 22 and if phillips is there at 28, take him. If he`s not, trade down with Atlanta and get 2 of their 3, 2nd round picks and more. We lost last year because of our secondary. If we do this, we will make it to the promised land! WR and RB, we can get some good ones in rounds 2 and 3. We also need a better back-up for Romo and some OL depth. GO BOYS`

Yea #9, I am agreeing with you on that. It is starting to look unlikely. So does Jerry trade up to say #15 with Detroit to take a good corner? I am still thinking there is a high possibility that Jerry trades up for D Mac eventhough we have Barber. I have really been thinking about this a lot, and originally I was thinking Atlanta when DaveDallasFan I believe first brought it up. (Might have been Lance, can’t remember?) But anyway, my thoughts haven’t changed on the possibility simply because of the new stadium situation here in Arlington. It’s not going too good for the ticket sales guys, and there has been quite a backlash. I truly believe Jerry is going to have to get a franchise player in the draft or by trade, to kick things off right and get these P.S.L.’s sold or else we are looking at an NFL blackout. I am thinking (looking at the clues from my perspective) that Jerry is targeting the Jets at #6. Either he takes McFadden, or he takes McKelvin if he is gone.

I dont see Devin Thomas getting past 28. He needs more experience but he has alot of upside but the Cowboys wont be able to land him I dont think but who knows. The one Im starting to think wont be there at 22nd is DR-C.

One of the top three CB’s in the draft WILL fall to #22. DRC, Leodis Mckelvin, or Mike Jenkins. Aqib Talib could also. Devin Thomas will not fall to #28. Not happening. And Derrick Harvey will likely go before Merling. You have to understand though Ian and NYG. LandryHat said it is about the # of Mock Drafts, so even though his first mock draft was likely more accurate, he is in it to win the prize. Good job Krobot. Give us another. Keep up the hard work, and maybe by the time your 3rd one is finished one of these guys will quit talking and make their own. It’s a lot of work to dig up accurate details on each pick, and you do it well.

All ‘homer’ mock drafts work this way. Might as well have the Cowboys selecting McFadden at #22 and Chris Long at #28. They can always pick up DRC and Devin Thomas in the 2nd and 3rd rounds.

No way either DRC and Devin Thomas fall to Cowboys. The number 1 WR and number 1 CB will both be gone. I also hate the Eagles pick of Quentin Groves. The Iggles don’t need a DE at all. Unless they can get Vernon Gholston or Chris Long(which they can’t) they won’t take a DE.
