Getting PacMan with a 5th would change my entire philosophy on the draft. CB wouldn’t be as important as it is right now. We still need a young kid in the first 3 rounds, but signing P-M would allow us to really be aggressive in addressing our two offensive weaknesses, WR and RB, with our first 2 picks. I WANT MENDENHALL!!! So to do this, we need to trade with Buffalo at #11. Most mock drafts have Rashad going in the 12-15 area. Buffalo WANTS/NEEDS a big WR in round one. If they have #22 they can probably have their choice of Sweed or Hardy. Kelly from OKL. will probably be gone, but I don’t think there’s much of a difference in the three. To go from 22 to 11, it’ll take a #2, but it’s worth it. MB3 and Mendenhall would be DEATH on opposing teams! We can still go CB or WR at 28 and get the best of the other in round 3. MAKE IT HAPPEN JJ!!!

I think we already discussed why we cant trade carpenter (4.5 mil hit on the salary cap) and yes we should still take a CB with the 22nd pick in case Pacman gets in trouble (again). Then again pacman could end up going somewhere (like the lametriots or the lions)
