Seeking Mock Drafts, Win A Prize!!!

Hey guys, I am seeking mock drafts up until the draft day. The person who sends me the most mock drafts wins a special prize from me–nothing big so don’t get your hopes up that it will be amazing, but it will be Dallas Cowboys oriented and cool.

Here are the ground rules:

  • The mocks must have comments for each player. Analyzing why you you have that person going there is necessary.
  • Please, spell check it and ensure you have player positions and names correct.
  • Don’t do fake trade ups. Just pick for the current draft order.
  • Email me the mock inside the email (don’t attach it) to thelandryhat@hotmail.com

Keep in mind that doing mocks takes a lot of time. That’s why I am offering a special gift. I just want to ensure I have 1-2 mocks a week up here.

Hey I want to propose a new rule...if you cant keep up with free agency (perfect example would be jimmy johnson's comment above) then your not allowed to post hahahaha

Jimmy, Dunn signed already with his own team. He is off the block./

Sign Pacman, as wellas Warrick Dunn, who we have interest in, and get a corner, a safety, a wide out andnose tackle and offensive tackle out of this draft. I would get the best corner at 22, and trade the second first rounder for more picks,as this draft should be used for needs. Dallas has to also add some toughness to its team, as the Giants are tougher than we are.

Habs inside/out site wants all you Rawhide boys and bucking broncos naked for us.

Any chance that Dallas will select Hardy? He could be our answer to Moss. From Condrafthttp://condraft.com/mocks/round-1.htmlMOCK PICK #29 The 49ers Pick:James Hardy (WR, Indiana)With Bryant Johnson and Issac Bruce on board, and Darrell Jackson cut, the 49ers could still use a young playmaker outside. James Hardy of Indiana is one of the more interesting prospects in the draft, based on his size-speed ratio (ran a sub-4.6 at the combine), and college production. A red zone monster, the 6’6 Hardy is a mismatch for any defensive back in college or the pro’s. Indiana isn’t a high-profile team, so if you didn’t catch Hardy this season, the stats say a lot: 74 catches, 1075 yards, and a whopping 16 touchdowns. Hardy failed to score a td in only ONE game this season, a loss at Wisconsin.

I hope the mock draft on nfl draftdog is right, and Dallas can land Mike Jenkins and Chris Johnson

What if I don't want a Cowboys prize? Can I get a Redskins prize instead? Or at the very least, if you must give me a Cowboys prize, can you burn it instead and post the video clip of it burning up on Youtube?

thelandryhat, I screwed up in what I sent you on that last pick with New York and sent you the trade version. Sorry about that, but I will explain New York's decision now, and if you still want me to correct it and e-mail it I will. New York is sitting pretty well as long as Strahan is returning and they can replace Mitchell in the secondary. At the same time, Strahan will need to be replaced soon, if not now. PHILLIP MERLING DE CLEMSON is that guy. With 5 DE's already drafted, they will not be able to wait until later to address this position. Phillip Merling is their best choice at this selection.

Steam, I plan to post your mock mid next week. You can send it to him. All cool.

LandryHat., are you going to post my mock draft so #9 can see it, or can I  E-mail to him also. I'll leave that up to you man. Don't want to take advantage of my privelages on the site.

Hey steamroller I want to see your mock draft, I will aslo be sending landryhat a revised version of my mock draft.

I expect the cowboys to be looking for corner and a receiver with #22 and #28.  Who they draft first depends on best available player. I would not be surprised if they do not trade down with Miami with the 22 pick and take there 2nd round pick and maybe a 5th or 6th.

OOPS , I think I sent it twice. O.K. , so take a couple looks at it. sorry

LANDRY HAT        I've got one for you. I just modified mine to meet your needs (no trades). I'm glad I did it, I think now looking back at it that I am more satisfied with this than the old. I just e-mailed it, but to go into a little more depth of reasoning on why I like it better, look into the Hershal Walker trade with Minnesota. This is a mistake (on Minnesota's part) that Jerry Jones took great advantage of, and a big reason to all the success in the 90's. I don't think Jerry wants to be handed a payback or to re-live this deal on the opposing end. I think DaveDallasCowboysFan went into this a little a couple weeks back. If your out there Dave, tell us your thoughts on all this D Mac trade up stuff.
