Greg Ellis: Comeback Player of the Year

Congratulations to Greg Ellis, who the AP voted as the Comeback Player of the Year. I was highly critical of Ellis at the beginning of the season because he seemed to be complaining quite a bit about not getting respect on the Dallas Cowboys. I portrayed him as a whiner, and demanded he show his worth this year. He has. My apologies to you, Greg. You had a great season after a very serious injury.

Ellis had 12.5 sacks this year and helped lead one of the most ferocious defenses in the NFL, along with DeMarcus Ware. Together, they are one of the best defensive duos that exists.  You can read the AP article here.
