I think we are going to hear a lot from Phin Phanatic in the coming weeks because of this Bill Parcells connection. A lot of talk right now is about the Miami Dolphins trading their No. 1 pick. Could be interesting so stay tuned.
I think the loss of Ireland could be felt in the coming years if we don’t snag someone who is better. Finding good players in college football is an important facet of creating a top-notch organization. I wonder if Ireland left his cheat sheet of players before he took this new job. Was McFadden high on that list?

According to a report in one of the local papers in Miami, Jones said one of the sticking points to the immediate departure was the draft prep and the "secrets" from valley ranch…Jones said that it was taken care of to his satisfaction….in addition, speculation is that the Boyz’ will not get a new guy to replace Ireland and allow the pro and college sector heads to run them on their own instead of having one guy supervise both.
