Hyperbolic Detroit Writer Wants Terence Newman Suspended. What About Kitna!!!??? UPDATED

Nate “Clamidia” Caminata, the publisher of some weird online rag called the “roarreport” is a dumbass. He’s all in a tiff over
Terence Newman’s comments aimed at big-mouth Puss-N-Boots Jon Kitna. You can read the crap
here. Now, the guy seems like he’s a bit overwhelmed with himself, and his argument is so petty that I couldn’t help but laugh at the guy. I mean, just look at him, he looks like the guy who played Doogie Houser’s best friend, doesn’t he? A mix between that guy and Paul, of Wonder Years.
Here is what Newman said:
“Basically, what it boils down to is you’ve got to watch what you say,” admitted Newman to an oddly intrigued Schein and Wilcox. “Your mouth can’t write checks that your ass can’t cash. That’s what it comes down to. Everybody’s going to see those quotes.
“He better just hope I don’t blitz off the edge because I’ve got 15, 25, 30 (thousand dollars) however much it would be for a fine. I’ve got that much for one fine. Revenge will be sweet, definitely.”
Fine. But I sensed the sarcasm in it. Hyperbolic Doogie Houser friend did not. And that’ s fine. He can call for Newman’s head. But what annoys me is how he goes on and on and on, and connects this comment with Sean Taylor’s death, Tank Johnson’s troubles, Terrell Owens and a notorious gang:
Given the death of the Redskins’ Sean Taylor in a violent attack at his home, it seems untimely that any player would encourage such an act — and for what? Because another player said something he didn’t like? What is Newman’s reaction when someone takes the last Ho-Ho? Shouldn’t he be more upset, or motivated, with Mike Furrey’s touchdown celebration in Dallas last year, during which the Lions’ receiver spiked the ball so hard that it shattered the famed ‘Star’ the rested on Texas Stadium’s south end zone wall? After all, while Newman’s focus will apparently be on the Detroit offensive backfield, his primary concern should be Furrey, who toasted Newman for 11 catches and 102 yards. Some fans and media have written off Newman’s rant as simply a part of the bulletin board material within the Cowboys locker room. Sure, if Wade Phillips previously coached The Crips.
I wish I could shut this guy up. He basically says Kitna’s comments, trashing another team, is OK. But when they let the world know that a whole lot of beat down is going to occur this Sunday on Kitna, the girls start crying. He made his own bed. He said it. Now he has to pay the price, even if it means one hard hit from Newman. I don’t know what to tell ya Nate. Your quarterback needs to shut his mouth. Detroit players were talking before the season even started. Remember the 10-6 prediction? Hilarious as it is for a player to say his team will only win 10 games, it’s even more funny to watch the Lions crumble. The Lions won’t win another game this year. And Kitna may just have to retire after this game.
UPDATE: Apparently NFL Vice President Ray Anderson scolded Newman for his comments. Newman found the letter on his locker. He said Newman’s comments were “thoughtless and irresponsible.” The NFL is now going to monitor his play like eagles to fine or suspend him. Give me a break. Why is it OK for Kitna to talk shit?
